About Monty's Restaurant & cocktail Bar

Situated a stone’s throw away from the sea in Southsea’s independent high street Castle Road, we work with the finest local suppliers in Portsmouth to ensure the freshest and highest-quality ingredients for our food, cocktails and wine. We have also sourced locally-made furniture, art, and signage for our refurbishment, creating a beautifully inviting interior and our famous Monty’s flower wall, which changes with the seasons.

With each changing season comes a new and fresh menu of British and European dishes featuring these ingredients, and each time the menu changes comes another chance to wow our guests with dishes inspired by these fantastic fresh locally sourced ingredients.

We work with local suppliers to ensure we get the best locally sourced items and strongly believe in supporting these local businesses through the restaurant.
